Family and Maternal Nutrition
Nutted Out Nutrition specialises in family nutrition services including maternal and childhood nutrition. From pre-conception to school age years, optimum nutrition has lasting effects to their health, growth and development. Parents have a huge influence in shaping children’s food preferences and their relationship with food; creating a healthy eating environment at home is important. Nutted Out Nutrition’s specialist dietitian, Konsita, can provide dietary planning and behaviour change strategies to help your family eat well, optimise nutrition and also grow up with a health relationship with food.
Optimal nutrition during preconception, conception and pregnancy is essential and goes far beyond just a pre-pregnancy folate supplement. Seeking individualised advice during these periods is important to assist with a healthy pregnancy and healthy conception.
Each family is unique and we believe that there is no one size fits all approach. At Nutted Out Nutrition we will individualise recommendations to suit your medical needs, food preferences, cultural backgrounds and other lifestyle factors. We advocate for whole foods to meet your nutritional needs.
