The media is currently full of article and stories on weight loss, fad diets, ‘healthy eating’, exercise regimes, miracle foods- ugh the list goes on!!!
Now while I support evidenced based articles on nutrition and healthy living that support people and their goals, this time of year can be confusing for people looking to make some healthy changes with so much information being thrust at them.
