Look what greated me after a long day at the office today- my fabulous room mate, Alicia had whipped up this delicious, healthy, fresh meal (even after her long day at work)! OMG it smelt amazing and I was ravenous when I saw it. So you may be asking what went into this amazing dish? Well here is just how simple this dish is:
- Lean chicken breast
- Wholemeal spaghetti (lets boost the wholegrains and fibre in our diet)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Splash soy sauce
You couldnt get a more balanced meal: lean protein, low GI high fibre carbohydrate (and note the pasta is not a great big pile on the plate) and vegetables galore!
