The best plane food to eat to feel better on long flights (2022)
In light of the launch of the Perth (Australia) to Rome (Italy) flights which are approximately 17hrs, I was recently interviewed by Paula Goodyear from The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age for my comments on travel nutrition for long flights.
Along with my advice for eating well while on long-haul flights, Paula also interviewed Professor Stephen Simpson for comments on research he is conducting at University of Sydney for Qantas (and their Project Sunrise) and how food and meal timing may be used to help reduce jet lag.
