Starting 2024 off with some exciting news!
I have been invited to be the nutrition ambassador for the 2024 World Travel Catering and Onboard Services Expo (WTCE). The WTCE has announced the appointment of a new official expert Ambassador panel for the 2024, designed to help highlight key themes of the events: health and wellbeing, sustainability and food and drink.
As an ambassador I will contribute to a range of activities leading up to the expo including a thought leadership campaign, interviews, and social media activities. I will also be involved in the popular Taste of Travel theatre, where sessions will enlighten attendees on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in their respective fields.
Travel nutrition is my passion, and with health and wellbeing in the sky a huge topic, particularly from a nutrition perspective, I am excited to share my insights and expertise with airlines and caterers looking to improve their offering to passengers.
I am really looking forward to attending WTCE again in Hamburg, Germany from 28th-30th May 2024 and seeing all the amazing and innovative food and drink products. And in the leadup to the expo I will be sharing news and information so watch out for more information across my socials and website.
